Today, In curriculum and learning management in English. I have learned about teaching method that my friends presented. They presented about pronunciation teaching, Culture teaching , Test specification teaching learning.
First, Pronunciation teaching that I presented. There are two general approaches to the teaching of pronunciation is imitative approaches and linguistic approaches. Imitative approaches depends on the learner’s ability to listen to and imitative the rhythms and sound of the target language without the intervention of any explicit information. When teaching pronunciation, teachers are giving feedback to their student about how they are saying things. Pronunciation teaching that the teacher teaches such as phonemic alphabet, transcription, consonant, vowel,word stress, connected speech, sentence stress and rhythm.
Second, Culture teaching,Culture is a broad concept that embraces all aspects of human life. It includes everything people learn to do. It is everything humans have learned. Culture shapes our thoughts and actions, and often does so with a heavy hand. Of its several meanings, two are of major importance to teachers: Hearthstone or "little-c" culture: Culture as everything in human life (also called culture BBV: Beliefs, Behavior, and Values) Olympian or "big-C" culture: the best in human life restricted to the elitists (also called culture MLA: great Music, Literature, and Art of the country).
Last, Test specification teaching, Evaluation of the language in this period will be assessed according to Jing. No evaluation of the test. Evaluation of language resources given technology, comparing different approaches to a given problem, assessing the availability of resources and technologies for a given application. Language resources include language data and descriptions in machine readable form used to assist such as written or spoken, grammars, dictionaries, etc, as well as basic software tools for their preparation, management, and use.
To sum up, In this week, I think I understand about Pronunciation teaching,culture teaching and Test specification teaching. Each method, I can apply about theory, approach and technique to do lesson plan.

Today, In curriculum and learning management in English. I have learned about teaching method that my friends presented. They presented about content-based learning, listening teaching, speaking teaching, reading teaching, writing teaching and vocabulary teaching.
First, Content - Based Iearning <CBI> The focus of a CBI lesson is on the topic . During the lesson students are focused on learning about something. It's a study of both language acquisition and subject matter.
It use of content from other disciplines in language teaching.Teachers help to develop linguistic content. Language is learned best when it is used to bring interesting information.The students are actually able to use their new language.
Second, Listening teaching, Listening skills are important for learners. Listening skills are best learned through simple, engaging activities that focus more on the learning process than on the final product. Learners need practice the skills and ability to listen and understand the message has been listening. So, it is essential for language teachers to help their students become effective listeners. There are three steps for the listening process 1. Pre-listening 2. While-listening 3. Post-listening.
Third, Speaking teaching, speaking is a crucial part of second language learning and teaching. Speaking skills focus on Patterns, Accuracy, Vocabulary, Grammar. These learners define fluency as the ability to converse with others. They believe speaking as the most important skill they can acquire in spoken communication. learners need to know speaking involves three areas of knowledge. There are 3 points,Mechanics, Functions, Social and cultural rules and norms.
Fourth, Reading teaching, English reading are two types of Reading aloud and Silent Reading. The goal of instruction is communicative competence, everyday materials such as train schedules, newspaper articles, and travel because reading is one way communicative competence is developed. Teachers should have the knowledge and techniques for teaching reading skills to students. Reading aloud technique 1. Basic Steps of Teaching 2. Reading for Fluency 3. Reading and Look up 4. Speed Reading 5. Reading for Accuracy, Silent Reading technique has the same characteristics as the listening skills it have 3 forms 1. Pre-Reading 2. While-Reading 3. Post-listening.
Fifth, Writing teaching, teaching how to write effectively is one of the most important life-long skills educators impart to their students. Writing skills need to start by creating a system of writing from Controlled Writing to Less Controlled Writing and to Free Writing. Writing is a move away from students writing to test their language towards the communication of ideas, feelings and experiences. Teachers should have techniques teaching .Writing skill focus on Fluency, Accuracy, Vocabulary, Grammar, Pattern Content. Writing technique has three method 1. Controlled Writing 2. Less – Controlled Writing 3. Free Writing
Last,Teaching vocabulary. A group of researchers said learning to learn vocabulary from the vocabulary guess from the story. But It has a group of researchers who think differently is. The vocabularies guess it does not make learning real. Teachers have a very important role in order to use the technique in teaching vocabulary to help the students learn vocabulary such as Using games or music to teach vocabulary, it's making the students interested and memorizeใ

In conclusion, Today I have learned 6 teaching method. All presentation are well. After my friend presented I understand and know the meaning, approach, theory and technique .I can apply in writing lesson plans.

In this class, I studied curriculum and learning management in English.I have learned about teaching method. My friends present 3 methods,there are Belief, Task based learning, Project based learning.
First, Beliefs are about language teaching will help an English language teacher in appearance or performance in teaching. What the teacher has to do to apply his beliefs in teaching. Think about the students what they need in the learning process. However, belief isn't only belief. But, how to implement the belief is very important. Teachers’ beliefs into three areas: (1) about language learning, (2) about learners, and (3) about themselves as language teachers.
Next, Task Based Learning is learning to focuses on the use of authentic language and on asking students to do meaningful tasks using the target language. TBL is a inductive learning. In Task Based Learning, tasks are always activities where the target language is used by the learner for a communicative purpose.
Finally,A project based learning emphasizes learning activities that are long-term is a comprehensive approach to instruction. Students participate in projects and practice by groups of students working together.Then they will know how to work together, problem, solving and process of work. And student-centered in learning.
To sum up, I have learned the teaching methods are Belief, Task based learning, Project based learning. I know how to present my work . And I think a teacher must know everything about teaching such as approach, technique, theory and method.
